You could say I have many passions in life. I followed those artistic career passions right into art school and the journey began. My story is multifaceted yet full of exploration. I am a native of Saint Louis, Missouri now living as a working artist in New York City and loving every artistic moment of it. Before I ever had the life altering notion to relocate to the Big Apple I had an opportunity to study abroad in Paris, France during my undergraduate years. After studying abroad in Paris I returned to the states but not the same as I left. I returned to my hometown of Saint Louis, Missouri knowing I had to move to New York City soon as humanly possible. The story picks back up years later…now living my artistic dreams out loud. For years I could not say ” I am an Artist.” I could not say what I loved more than anything because I was doing many jobs but not the work I wanted to do. I can proudly say “I am an artist and I am serious about my…!” Currently my artistic focus is more in the industries of fashion, nail art, film, and television. Recently I have become a licensed Manicurist/Nail Artist and member of Sag-Aftra, The Screen Actors Guild of America (both in the same year) where yet again a new journey is unfolding in this artistic life of mine that I so appreciate. My entire body of work is of the Liberal Arts persuasion, meaning the existence of anything and everything that I feel artistically free to create. I love all things that are colorful and lively. I appreciate art, artistic expression, art movements, artistic people, artistic thought, and art history…art moves me and history drives me to seek truth.
